Copolymer Polypropylene (CoPP)
Standard Copolymer PP Resin
Copolymer polypropelene (CoPP) is a great all-around material that offers a high working temperature and tensile strength. The copolymer specifically is softer and more pliable than the homopolymer, which makes it ideal for applications where flexibility is important. CoPP also offers better durability, impact strength, and stress crack resistance than homopolymer PP.
HFPM extrudes CoPP in fabric-backed rolls with improved tensile strength, flex modulus and Izod Impact. This polymer is cost effective, easily fabricated, features high strength-to-weight ratio, and works well in low to mid range service temperatures. It offers good corrosion resistance with superior tensile strength compared to HDPE. Copolymer polypropylene resists a wide range of acids, bases and organic solvents and sees widespread use in corrosion-resistant dual laminate structures.
