We offer a line of FM 4910-compliant products for the semiconductor industry, as well as plastics that are well-suited for industrial chemical corrosion protection applications.

Jerry Wagner, CEO
A long-time veteran of the plastics industry, Mr. Jerry Wagner has been making plastics for over 40 years. The focus of his career since 1989 has been the semiconductor industry and semicon plastics in particular. In addition, he is also known for his work in plastics chemical compatibility in the industrial chemical industry. He is recognized in the USA, Japan and Europe for his extensive understanding of semiconductor wet process related plastics, process compatibility, semiconductor wet process equipment deterioration and repair, as well as plastics welding and fabrication training. He has performed on-site training in welding and fabrication techniques to equipment makers throughout the USA, Europe and Asia, and has repaired wet benches in numerous Intel Clean Rooms around the USA.
Accomplishments & Milestones
- Was a principal contributor to a major Intel Wet Bench Leak Mitigation project.
- Was a principal contributor to the 1998 Sematech Process Compatibility Project (Technology Transfer 98123623A-ENG).
- Was also principally involved in plastics deterioration related leak mitigation projects many other Chip Makers in USA and Europe.
- Has served as a presenter at many industry conferences, speaking on FM4910 fire safe plastics and their applications.
- Has been focused on serving the semiconductor and industrial chemical industries for over 40 years.
Work History
- 8 years at Huls America, Mountaintop PA, (later HPG Int’l, then SIMONA).
- 11 years at CPG, Moosic PA in Polymer Development and Semiconductor Plastics.
- In 2001, Jerry founded High Tech Plastics International, a sheet producer focused on FM4910 rated Semiconductor plastics. In August 2001, High Tech Plastics was sold to Westlake Plastics Company, and became Westlake/HTP.
- In 2005, Jerry was contracted with Laminations Inc. to start a semiconductor plastic business; then titled Laminations Lamcorr.
- In Jan 2014, Laminations was acquired by SIMONA AMERICA; and Jerry began managing the integrated SIMONA – Laminations Lamcorr semiconductor plastics business.
- In 2020, Jerry founded High Functional Plastics Manufacturing.
